NATWEST RUGBYFORCE 2018 REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. NatWest RugbyForce 2019 in Wales is open to all member clubs of the Welsh Rugby Union (“WRU”).

2. All Rugby Clubs which register for NatWest RugbyForce 2019 must be a member of the WRU.

3. The NatWest RugbyForce 2019 weekend will officially take place on 10 and 11 August 2019. If this date is not convenient for your club, you are free to hold your RugbyForce weekend at any time, however NatWest will be providing support focused on 10 and 11 August.

4. Registration for NatWest RugbyForce 2019 will close at 11:59pm on Tuesday 21st May 2019. Clubs must be registered for NatWest RugbyForce 2019 to be eligible to receive the incentives and enter the competition. Judging will take place on Saturday 25th May 2019.

5. The following prizes are on offer:

5.1. 50 selected clubs will all be awarded a grant of £400 to go towards the NatWest RugbyForce Weekend 2019.

5.2. 8 selected clubs will all be awarded a grant of £1000 to go towards the NatWest RugbyForce Weekend 2019.

5.3. 2 clubs will also be named NatWest RugbyForce 2019 showcase clubs and will receive:

5.3.1. a £1000 cash grant;

5.3.2. a £500 food and beverage voucher for RugbyForce Weekend;

5.3.3. a club visit from a Welsh Rugby Legend on RugbyForce Weekend; and

5.3.4. branded merchandise for the RugbyForce Weekend.

6. All registered clubs will receive a NatWest RugbyForce supporter pack containing promotional materials, kicking tees, branded balls and training bibs.

7. One registration per club. Registrations must be submitted online at join.pitchero.com/NatWestRugbyForceWales. All registrations submitted and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter.

8. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, or registrations that are delayed, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.

9. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with NatWest RugbyForce 2019.

10. All registered clubs agree to invest any funds and/or resources allocated to their rugby club by NatWest for the purposes of improving their club’s facilities and community access to their club, in accordance with the information provided in their registration form.

11. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of this promotion.

12. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post-event survey to feedback on NatWest RugbyForce 2019.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion, and these terms, without prior notice.
