With more than a thousand members, Harvesters FC have used Pitchero Payments from 2015 as a solution for a centralised, streamlined system to collect their membership fees.

For their Secretary, Jess Austin, it has worked seamlessly as a means to also save admin time and drive up income. From collecting nothing online, Harvesters FC were generating nearly £200,000 within the first two years.

They have continued to collect member subscriptions ever since but have branched out so parents can now pay for and organise summer camps or Wildcats girls training.

Merchandise is also available and intriguingly, all their fines are now paid online too so the £25 Herts FA Fine for a red card is processed the same way as teamwear to save volunteers time and hassle.

With the online functionality, Harvesters FC find that Gift Aid is easier to apply for and therefore paid more promptly.
