Pitchero is a digital service for amateur and semi-professional sports clubs, leagues and associations. We provide tools to build sports websites, manage members, collect payments and manage teams online.

2. Where are you based?

We are based in Leeds, in the north of England, employ 30 staff and have been in business for over 10 years.

3. Which sports do you cover?

Right now we cover - football/soccer, rugby union, cricket, hockey, netball, basketball, rugby league, lacrosse and AFL. We are always considering new sports website templates - so if we don't serve your sport, get in touch.

4. How much do you charge?

We offer a free service to small clubs, those with just 1 teams. For clubs with more than 1 team, the costs start from £30 per month.

For large community sports clubs who process online payments or want zero third-party advertising, we offer an Ultimate package, which costs £80 per month.

5. Can I trial Pitchero first?

Absolutely! We offer a free 30-day trial to all clubs. So sign up, test the features, speak to an account manager and pay nothing for 30 days.

6. Can more than one person login to the control panel?

Yes, and we strongly recommend this. The best club websites have multiple website admins. Sharing the role of updating the website is a key benefit of Pitchero. This means:

The press officer - can access the news, events and media sections.

The membership secretary - can access membership and payments.

Each coach and team manager - can manage their own team pages.

Sharing the role of admin makes running a website much easier - but it also means more content is created and posted online - which makes your club look even better to potential members and new sponsors.

7. Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. The vast majority of clubs use a custom domain name. We include a free domain name with our Elite and Ultimate packages or you can transfer your domain name to Pitchero.

8. Do you provide hosting?

Yes, we provide unlimited free hosting. Upload as much content as you want, it's all included!

9. Do you provide support and training?

Yes, we have a specially trained team and support staff who can help your club get started.

You can call the office anytime Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or book a call with an account manager. We are happy to book calls in the evenings or weekends and arrange group training sessions for your club committee members. Just reach out and let us know what suits your club best!

10. Will you visit my club?

In some circumstances, an Account Manager will visit your club. This is normally subject to the size of the sports club and the meeting is normally focused on membership registration and online payments.

11. Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Simply contact our support team and we can arrange for your package to be cancelled.
