Pitchero has embedded the Bookteq online booking calendar into your club website. Switch this feature on and members/customers can view the calendar and book facilities with no fuss. Customers can see when facilities are free to use, how much they cost and confirm a deposit online. For club officials, managing pitch bookings or sports hall hire can be done at home or on the move. It’s in the same Pitchero control panel you already use for membership, selection and much more. By doing it all online via Pitchero, it’s time-efficient, contactless and payment comes directly to the club bank account. ## How can my club benefit? - Maximise the use of your facilities and increase club revenue - Reduce volunteer admin (no need to be at the clubhouse) - Receive payments upfront - Create automated email booking confirmation - Create automated invoices - Record and track all bookings and payments online  ![Screenshot 2021-06-23 at 14.05.08-1](https://join.pitchero.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202021-06-23%20at%2014.05.08-1.png?width=1349&name=Screenshot%202021-06-23%20at%2014.05.08-1.png)   ## How does it work for my club? - Login to your club control panel - Create a Bookteq account - Speak to a Bookteq agent and create your club’s profile - Switch your club website embedded calendar on - Promote your facilities via your Pitchero club website ![screencapture-pitchero-staging-admin-club-64169-facilities-2021-04-07-10_41_45-1](https://join.pitchero.com/hs-fs/hubfs/screencapture-pitchero-staging-admin-club-64169-facilities-2021-04-07-10_41_45-1.webp?width=600&name=screencapture-pitchero-staging-admin-club-64169-facilities-2021-04-07-10_41_45-1.webp)   ![](https://pitchero.com/assets/images/ph-logo--blumine.svg) [![](https://pitchero.com/assets/images/icons/ph-icon-social-facebook.svg)](https://www.facebook.com/Pitchero/) [![](https://pitchero.com/assets/images/icons/ph-icon-social-twitter.svg)](https://twitter.com/pitchero) [![](https://pitchero.com/assets/images/icons/ph-icon-social-youtube.svg)](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiQLcFMRsFXYduFCtc8PkbQ) [![](https://pitchero.com/assets/images/icons/ph-icon-social-instagram.svg)](https://www.instagram.com/bepitchero) - Club Website - GPS Trackers - Clubhouse - Company --- © Pitch Hero Ltd 2008- Pitch Hero Ltd registered in England | WF3 1DR | Company number - 06361033 Digital advertising by Minute Media
