Excellent support
At Pitchero, we pride ourselves on our support for all clubs. Those on the Elite or Ultimate packages (most rugby clubs) have their own dedicated Account Manager offering support and advice to volunteers, coaches and team managers.
There's also an up-to-date helpcentre full of guides and step-by-step instructions on how to use all parts of the Pitchero platform.
GMS club website support is slow and clubs often resort to a Facebook group. Club volunteers are not given priority support.
